Warranty Policy
*This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including product structure, electronics, and included accessories.
*1-year warranty from delivery (with proof of purchase).
*You may choose: repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost.
*Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, water beyond rated protection, or loss/theft.
*Email marketing@lifirstpower.com with order info, product serial number, issue description, and photos/videos. We’ll provide an RMA and instructions, inspect within 3–5 business days, then repair, replace, or refund.
After-Sales & Warranty（1-Year Limited Warranty）
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It includes:

- Internal electronics and battery performance when used as instructed.
- Standard accessories provided in the original packaging.
You have the right to:
- A repair at no cost, or
- A replacement (new or refurbished), or
- A full refund.
In compliance with the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, we clearly disclose your rights and do not require branded or proprietary parts to keep this warranty valid. All remedies are available at no charge and within a reasonable time.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, cosmetic wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or exposure to non-compliant power/voltage.
- Water damage beyond product’s rated protection or improper handling.
- Loss, theft, or missing items.
