1. Return Policy


1.1 Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Return Conditions

Only unused, uncharged, and unopened battery products are eligible for return.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

For safety and regulatory reasons, batteries that have been used, activated, or charged cannot be returned.

1.3 Non-returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

Items exceeding the 30-day return period.

Products with damaged casings, removed labels, or missing packaging.

Damage caused by misuse, including water exposure, dropping, modification, or improper installation.

1.4 Return Shipping Fees

Product defects (e.g., battery cell failure, charging issues): return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Personal reasons (e.g., wrong model ordered, no longer needed): return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

All returns must be shipped using IATA/UN3480-compliant channels. Non-compliant returns will be rejected.

1.5 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Refunds cannot be issued if the product is damaged due to improper return shipping or non-compliance with shipping regulations.

 

2. Shipping Policy


2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2.2 Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframe

Battery products are classified as Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and must be shipped via IATA/UN3480-compliant carriers.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): approx. 3–7 business days.

International Shipping: approx. 7–15 business days, subject to customs clearance and local import regulations.

2.3 Shipping Restrictions

Certain countries and regions prohibit the import of lithium battery products.

If delivery is not possible to your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2.4 Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping for orders over $300.

Orders below this threshold will incur shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

2.5 Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customers can monitor their delivery status online at any time.

2.6 Delivery & Risk

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If items are missing or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Orders returned due to shipping restrictions, customs rejections, or failed delivery attempts will be reviewed. We will arrange either a re-shipment or a refund, depending on the situation.
