LiFirstPOWER Warranty Policy
LiFirstPOWER 12-Month Limited Warranty Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
Thank you for choosing LiFirstPOWER. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible LiFirstPOWER battery products purchased directly from LiFirstPOWER or from authorized sales channels.
1. Warranty Coverage
LiFirstPOWER warrants that your battery product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, LiFirstPOWER may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts;
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or comparable value; or
- Provide a refund up to the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects that occur under normal use, including:
- Manufacturing defects;
- Failure of core internal components, including battery cells, BMS, or internal electronics;
- Functional failure under normal operating conditions;
- Defects in included accessories supplied in the original packaging.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling;
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or tampering;
- Damage caused by use with incompatible chargers, adapters, devices, cables, or power sources;
- Damage caused by power surges, unstable input power, improper charging, or incorrect voltage/current input;
- Exposure to water, liquids, moisture, or environmental conditions beyond the product’s rated protection level;
- Immersion in water or use in conditions beyond IP-rated protection;
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, stains, or surface discoloration;
- Normal battery capacity reduction caused by aging, charging cycles, storage conditions, or long-term use;
- Loss, theft, missing items, or damage during transportation not arranged by LiFirstPOWER;
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels where proof of purchase cannot be verified.
4. How to Request Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact LiFirstPOWER Support:

Please include the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photos or videos showing the issue, if applicable;
- The product model and any relevant usage details.
After reviewing your request, LiFirstPOWER may provide troubleshooting instructions or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not return any product without first receiving RMA instructions from LiFirstPOWER.
Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
5. Inspection and Resolution
Once the returned product is received, LiFirstPOWER will inspect and evaluate the product.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under this Limited Warranty, LiFirstPOWER will provide repair, replacement, or refund according to this policy.
If the issue is not covered under this Limited Warranty, LiFirstPOWER may deny the warranty claim or offer paid repair, replacement, or other support options where available.
Processing times may vary depending on the product condition, shipping time, and inspection requirements.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost responsibility may vary depending on the situation and location.
If the product is confirmed to have a covered warranty defect, LiFirstPOWER may provide repair, replacement, or other reasonable support in accordance with this policy.
If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging, or other excluded causes, the customer may be responsible for shipping, repair, or replacement costs.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiFirstPOWER’s liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
LiFirstPOWER is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, business interruption, downtime, lost profits, or damage to other devices or property.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by country, state, or region.
8. Optional Extended Service Package
If available and purchased separately, LiFirstPOWER may offer an Extended Service Package for selected products. The terms, duration, coverage, and pricing of any extended service will be provided at the time of purchase.
Extended service coverage applies only if it is purchased and confirmed with the original order or through an eligible LiFirstPOWER service offer.
