LiFirstPOWER 12-Month Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

1. Warranty Coverage

LiFirstPOWER warrants that your battery pack will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, LiFirstPOWER will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts; or
  
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value; or
  
• Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
  

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
  
• Structural or functional failures of core components (e.g., battery cells, internal electronics)
  
• Malfunction under normal usage conditions
  
• Included accessories supplied in the original packaging.
  

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are excluded from coverage:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or cosmetic wear and tear
  
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  
• Exposure to water beyond rated protection or improper handling
  
• Damage from improper charging, incompatible devices, or power surges
  
• Loss, theft, or missing items.
  

4. How to Claim Warranty Service

Please provide the following:

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  
• Description of the issue
  
• Photos or videos (if applicable)
  

Upon receipt, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions. After the product is returned, we aim to inspect and process your claim—via repair, replacement, or refund—within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Limitations

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  
• LiFirstPOWER’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product and does not include incidental or consequential damages (e.g., downtime, data loss).
  

6. Optional Extended Service Package

You may extend your coverage beyond the standard 12-month warranty through our Extended Service Package, offering options for 12-, 24-, or 36-month protection. The extended coverage includes defects and performance issues for the selected duration. Specific pricing and details are available on our website.
