Description

Lifirst Lite 99Wh Aviation-Grade Modular Battery

The Professional Off-Grid Power Solution for Starlink Mini

Designed with an industrial Hollow Triangle Structure, this clip-on power module is engineered for maximum thermal efficiency and stability. It is the only high-performance Starlink Mini battery that remains 100% TSA/Aviation compliant, allowing you to take your high-speed internet across global borders without restriction.

🚀 Why 99Wh is the Professional Choice

  • Modular "Rapid-Swap" Design: Don't let a dead battery stop your work. With our modular system, you can hot-swap 99Wh units in seconds. 99Wh x 2 equals the capacity of a 200Wh beast, but with the flexibility of air travel and zero downtime.

  • Direct DC Efficiency: Optimized for Starlink Mini (18V-24V). Our Direct DC architecture eliminates inverter loss, ensuring stable 20W+ output even under heavy data loads.

  • Aviation Ready (TSA Compliant): Specifically capped at 99Wh to meet international flight safety regulations. Your power goes wherever your carry-on goes.

⚡ Smart Power Management

  • Runtime Performance: Provides ~5 hours of uptime per module (Tested at 20W standard load).

  • Pass-Through Charging Pro: Keep your Mini online while you recharge. (Note: Requires a 25.2V 3A–4A DC charger for simultaneous operation).

  • Solar Direct Input: Integrated support for 18–40V solar panels (up to 100W). Stay off-grid indefinitely by harnessing the sun.

  • Rapid Recharge: Reaches 80% in ~2 hours. Compatible with the original Starlink adapter (standby mode) or Lifirst 4A Fast Chargers.

🛡️ Battle-Tested Engineering

  • Automotive-Grade Housing: Built with PC+ASA for high impact resistance and UV protection.

  • Advanced Safety: Features an integrated Pressure Relief Valve and Intelligent BMS to manage thermal expansion during extreme outdoor temperatures.

  • Weatherproof: IP65 rated against dust and heavy rain.

  • Snap-On Integration: The tool-free secure mount replaces the original stand, locking directly onto the Mini’s chassis for a cable-free, ruggedized setup.

📐 Technical Specs & Compatibility

  • Capacity: 99Wh (Aviation-Safe)

  • Weight: ~1.5 lbs (Ultra-Lightweight)

  • Compatibility: Starlink Mini Only

  • Environment: Stable operation from -20°C to 60°C

Why Choose Two 99Wh Modules? 198Wh combined rated capacity in a modular, travel-oriented format

Two separate 99Wh modules provide 198Wh of combined rated capacity for users who value travel-oriented sizing, a charged spare, and flexible battery replacement.

Travel-Oriented Sizing

Each module is rated at 99Wh, below the 100Wh threshold commonly used in passenger air-travel rules. Spare lithium batteries are generally carried in carry-on baggage with terminals protected against short circuit.

Airline, route, and destination requirements may vary. Confirm the applicable rules before departure.

A Charged Spare

When the first module is depleted, install a charged second module by following the product replacement procedure. This reduces the need to wait for the same battery to recharge.

A brief service interruption may occur during battery replacement.

Flexible Capacity Management

The dual-module configuration divides the combined capacity between two separately handled batteries, making it easier to keep one module ready as a charged spare.

This modular format avoids relying on one larger battery pack for the full capacity reserve.

Best fit: Travelers, field users, and customers who value a ready spare. A larger single battery may be more convenient when one-pack simplicity and longer uninterrupted operation are the priority.

LITE 99Wh

Compact Power for Travel and Everyday Mobile Use

Choose LITE 99Wh when portability, a clean direct-DC setup, and the option to keep a charged spare matter more than maximum single-pack capacity.

Portable by Design

The compact 99Wh format is intended for users who need a Starlink Mini power solution that is easier to carry, store, and deploy than a bulky generic power station.

Modular When You Need More

Select a dual-module configuration when you want to keep a charged second battery available instead of relying on one larger battery for the full capacity reserve.

Built for Session-Based Use

LITE 99Wh is best suited to travel, mobile work, camping, backup connectivity, and other situations where portability matters more than the longest uninterrupted operating time.

LITE 99Wh is a strong fit when
  • You regularly travel or move between locations.
  • You want a compact Starlink Mini power setup.
  • You prefer a replaceable spare-battery workflow.
  • Your usage is temporary, mobile, or session-based.
  • Lower carrying weight matters more than maximum capacity.
Consider a larger LiFirst model when
  • You want longer operation from one battery.
  • You prefer not to change battery modules.
  • Air travel and compact storage are not priorities.
  • Your Starlink Mini is used for longer work sessions.
  • Maximum single-pack reserve matters more than portability.

Runtime depends on operating conditions. Starlink Mini load, signal conditions, network activity, temperature, battery state, charging input, cable setup, and operating environment can all affect actual operating time.

Long-Term Storage: Never store the battery at 0% charge. If it will not be used for more than 30 days, store it at 50–70% and check or recharge it monthly.

Deep discharge may trigger BMS low-voltage protection. Once triggered, the battery cannot be restored through normal charging and requires factory service.

Introducing the three charging options for the Starlink Mini battery: solar charging, original cable charging, and fast charging cable charging

• For pass-through charging (charging while in use), a 25.2V 3A–4A DC charger is required.
• The original Starlink Mini adapter is supported only when the battery is not powering the Starlink device.
• When using solar input, charging while in use is supported to extend runtime and reduce battery drain.

When the original Starlink adapter is used while the battery is powering the Starlink Mini, the adapter may not provide enough current for both charging and operation at the same time. In this case, the battery prioritizes keeping Starlink running, and charging may not occur.

Runtime Expectations

Actual operating time varies with Starlink Mini load, signal conditions, network activity, temperature, battery state, charging input, cable setup, and operating environment.

Charging While in Use

Simultaneous charging and operation require a compatible power source with enough available input for both the Starlink Mini load and battery charging.

Air-Travel Planning

Each module is rated at 99Wh. Airline, route, quantity, carry-on, terminal-protection, and destination requirements may vary. Confirm the applicable rules before departure.

Runtime & Charging Understand operating conditions before choosing a charger or solar setup

How long will one module run?

Runtime should be treated as an operating-condition result, not a fixed promise. Higher Starlink Mini load, weak signal, cold conditions, cable losses, and background network activity can reduce operating time.

Can I charge while using Starlink Mini?

Charging while in use depends on the charger, available input power, and current Starlink Mini load. If available input is insufficient, charging may slow down or stop while the system continues supplying the operating load.

Can I use the original Starlink adapter?

The original adapter may be used according to the confirmed product charging procedure. It may not provide enough input for simultaneous battery charging and Starlink Mini operation.

Can solar input extend runtime?

Compatible solar input may extend operating time or reduce net battery drain. Results depend on sunlight, panel position, available input power, temperature, and Starlink Mini load.

Charging check: Confirm that the charger, solar panel, cable, and connector included with—or selected for—your configuration match your intended use.
Setup & Module Replacement Review the installation sequence before first use
